Pump easy clean after using, just flush the pump from the hopper by Thinner Water(CH3CH(CH3)CH2CH2OOCCH3), or Acetone, or XYLENE. Before inject, please check with your material (PU / Epoxy) supplier for harden time (usually 8-20mins ), then flush it to avoid material jam in the channel/ hose.
Do not test the pump by water. Piston water will not generate pressure with water, Test with kitchen oil.
